About the Recollection:

• The aim of a recollection is to pray about our lives -family, profession, social, etc- and how all that can be more fully integrated into our relationship with God, especially in these days of Easter Season and as we witness a pandemic afflicting the world.

Tips for the Recollection:

​

• Remember this is a solemn moment.

• Dress up for the occasion.

• Choose the right environment.

• Turn up the volume as necessary.

• Kneel down when possible.

• Answer to the prayers.

• Stay focused and avoid distractions.

• Listen carefully and take notes if you want.

• Think of others and pray for them.

Plenary Indulgence:

​

• The recollection will have the Blessed Sacrament exposed from the start, so you can remain in adoration for more than a half-hour. This means you may obtain a Plenary Indulgence if you fulfill the usual conditions. For more information, visit the website of the Archdiocese of Toronto.
